Apply our Firming Body Oil on clean, dry skin. Choose your area of concern and place the Body Sculpt Cup gently down onto the skin. Gently squeeze the cup to create suction. You should feel the pull on the skin. Light bruising may occur at first. If so, adjust the pressure on the next use. Release the squeeze and start massaging in circular motions. Continue this motion for 5-10 mins per area. Repeat daily for the first few weeks. Reduce to 2-3 times per week.
