Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive your order within 2-5 business days. Please note that some remote destinations may take a little longer.

International
Most destinations worldwide will be delivered to within 7-12 business days. Please note that remote destinations may take a little longer depending on customs regulations within your country. Unfortunately, Naked Klay cannot guarantee exact shipping windows.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

New Zealand

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Naked Klay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Wholesale Shipping

If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please contact us. We will send you information about stocking our skincare range, including delivery details.

Return Policy

At Naked Klay, we strive to provide premium products and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind for health and safety reasons. Please choose your products carefully. If you are unsure which product to purchase, our friendly sales staff will be happy to assist you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Naked Klay will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order details and evidence of the fault or damage to hello@nakedklay.com.au 

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected after an attempted delivery and is returned to us as "Return to Sender":
•⁠  ⁠The customer will not be entitled to a refund for the order.
•⁠  ⁠We can resend the parcel to you, but you will be required to cover the shipping costs for re-delivery.
We strongly encourage you to track your order and ensure someone is available to receive your parcel or collect it promptly if directed to your local post office.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless faulty or damaged:
•⁠  ⁠Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
•⁠  ⁠Items purchased as part of a clearance or sale promotion.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a refund, replacement, or return for faulty/damaged goods please contact our customer service team at hello@nakedklay.com.au  within 14 days of receiving your order. Ensure you provide the following information:
•⁠  ⁠Order number
•⁠  ⁠A description of the issue
•⁠  ⁠Photographic evidence, if applicable

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.

General Terms

⁠⁠Naked Klay reserves the right to reject refund or exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
